gone.

So I have kind of disappeared from the blogging world since being home. My life has been a little bit dull, and I am adjusting to being home. This past weekend was a fun one. I went with my mom and dad to sort out some of Grandma Dottie's crafts, so I could take a box to work. I cannot believe how many crafts she had!! Afterwards, we went to Downtown LA and ate at Pilippe's Original and had french dipped sandwiches... SO YUMMY!

When we got back from LA, we went on a family bike ride and met up with Mike, Anna, and Jeremy at concerts in the park. They ate dinner at Chickfilet and Jeremy had this silly cow mask.... every one had to have a turn putting it up to their faces and Jeremy would take a picture. It kept him laughing, and it was fun!

work.

Graduation came quicker than I wanted, and went even quicker. So... what now? 4 letters that I haven't had to worry about in a long time. W-O-R-K. yup.... I am back in the workforce. It is definitely a change in atmosphere, but I am definitely looking forward to my paychecks (:

Well.. here I am... HOME. After one hour of sleep and a 10 hour car trip... I made it safely.

last weekend in provo.

This past weekend was my LAST weekend in Provo. It is definitely a bittersweet thought. I have really loved my time here. I feel so blessed to have spent the last four months of my life here. I have developed so many great and wonderful friendships, and it is sad to think I wont be seeing them for awhile. Despite the sadness in leaving behind some great friends, my last weekend was amazing.

temple.

I love going to the temple. I feel so blessed to have a temple so close to me. Today, Melissa and I went to the Provo temple, which was surprisingly not busy at all. Melissa had family names so we did those, and since it was so empty, we were able to do family names as well. It is such a wonderful experience to do baptisms for the dead.

 These glasses were a lucky find... I HAD to take a picture. 

It was so beautiful as we walked out of the temple. The view overlooking Utah lake is breathtaking. 

bowling.

being in a bowling class this semester has really made me take a strong liking to bowling. it is a good way to relieve stress--and I happen to be semi-decent at it. my goal before the class ended was to score over a 200....and today... I JOINED THE 200 CLUB!!! woo hoo!!

college career.

Even though I "walked" a few weeks ago... I technically was not DONE. I still had to come back to Provo and finish 2 weeks of school... so here is what I have left until I am officially done with my college career.
-2 more classes
-1 take home test
-one test in the testing center

then I am officially DONE. It is really really a weird thought!
